The book is divided into 3 parts:
1Change of mindset
At the beginning of the book, we invite you to adopt a particular mindset as you move through the pages. We look at how the method can be a solution to the problems that many of us have. We offer you a fresh definition for story and narrative, and explain the role neuroscience plays in helping us rouse the minds of others. We show how narratives can be seen and used as instruments of freedom and change.
2Start step by step
The middle of the book is an illustrated manual; it is a step by step guide for applying the method. Here, each of the tools is carefully explained: the logic of their design, what they help you achieve and, with practice, what abilities they help you strengthen. There are visual instructions for every tool, strategic tips, and a list of the materials you need to use them with ease.
3Incorporate the tools
In the last part, we reveal the types of thinking used throughout the method and describe the revolutionary qualities they bring to our work habits. We then offer pictorial suggestions for bringing the method into your physical workspace. Finally, we highlight a few true stories about people and organizations who have used it with remarkable results.
